Course Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your participation in Scientific Sessions, your registration fee, less a $100 administrative fee, will be refunded when written notification is received before May 2, 2017. No refunds will be made after May 2, 2017, or given for no-shows. Registration for any ASE course is non-transferable to another participant or another course. In the event that an individual is unable to attend the conference due to inclement weather or chooses not to attend due to a health concern, ASE is unable to refund the conference fee. In the unlikely event the course is cancelled, ASE is responsible only for refund of the registration fee, minus the administrative fee, and not for transportation, hotel accommodations, or any miscellaneous expenses incurred by the participant.
